10/10 experience. Straight forward, honest and no headache at all. Came in wondering why my speakers didn’t work, Nyvin and his technicians diagnosed and recommended the correct remedy to fix it. Will definitely be coming again.

Joker's Audio was great to work with. I had a ceramic coating and tinting done on my truck. When I went to pick it up they didn't like how ceramic coating looked so they asked me to bring it back in so they can fix it. The same thing happened for the tinting on my windows. I took it back in for them to retint them. They are honest and do an excellent job. They're also on time and are very good at letting me know what was going on. I would recommend them to anybody.

Was recommended to this shop from a friend. Was told they do clean professional work. Was getting an under the seat subwoofer unit installed & a light bar. When I got my truck back they had not used the brackets I provided them for my light bar & drilled the light bar directly into my bumper without calling me first. Then when I would turn my truck off my subwoofer was humming extremely loud. The subwoofer was not even mounted to the floor, it can move around under my seat. Had to drop my truck back off & when I picked it up there were scuffs on my bumper & looks like they were not carful with cutting out part of my grill for my light bar placement & they sawed into my bumper a bit. The two holes they drilled in my bumper had black paint around the holes & splattered black paint drips all over it my bumper. Not a very clean professional install. Was not pleased with this company. Would not recommend.

Had a great experience with Joker audio and my 2023 road glide ,very pleasant to work with and helped me save money. Backed it all up with a great warranty says they also stand behind their work . Ask for Mooney!

I recently brought my 2020 Mercedes GLB 250 in to have a sub installed. I dropped my vehicle off with them and they had it installed within 3 hours! Super fast! Once I turned my radio on I was shocked at how great it sounded and how well the techs ran and hid the wires! I chose joker’s audio because I ride by the shop daily and always see luxury vehicles there and I immediately trusted them! I was so impressed with the sub install that I am bringing it back to have under glow installed. This is the audio shop you must use! 💪
